We aim to change the image of yoga to include a simple chair and props making yoga accessible and inviting to all. Chair yoga helps you strengthen mind, body, and spirit, as well as: improve flexibility, prevent injuries, speed up recovery time, alleviate back pain, and improve sleep – chair yoga can do it all!
